Refund Policy

Every new Apex account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to sign up. No charge will hit unless you add a card on file before day 14. You may cancel anytime during the trial and never be billed. After day 14, your monthly subscription begins at $199/mo, flat — only if you have added a card to your account.

Once paid subscriptions begin, the 30-day money-back guarantee below applies to refund every monthly fee paid if Apex doesn't earn its keep.

1. Free Trial Period (Days 0–14)

You are not charged during the 14-day free trial. No credit card is collected at signup. If you do not add a card to your account by day 14, your subscription automatically cancels at day 14 with no charge. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind and want to reactivate.

You can cancel the trial anytime by emailing support@getapexautomation.com or via your dashboard's billing page. There is nothing to refund — no charge has occurred.

2. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Paid Months)

If Apex isn't earning its keep within 30 days of your first paid month beginning, email support@getapexautomation.com and we'll refund every monthly fee you've paid. No qualified-lead test, no client-ordinal tiers, no fine print.

The 30-day guarantee clock starts on the day your first paid month begins (day 31 of your account, or earlier if you added a card and converted from trial mid-window). Cancellation under this policy ends your subscription immediately and refunds every monthly invoice paid against your account.

3. How to Claim a Refund

  1. Email support@getapexautomation.com with the subject line "Refund Claim" and your business name. Tell us briefly why Apex didn't work for you — we use that to make the product better, not to argue with you.
  2. We'll confirm your paid-conversion date and process the refund. The subscription stops the same day.
  3. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe against the original monthly charges within 10 business days.

We respond to every claim within 5 business days. We don't slow-walk refunds.

4. Outside the 30-Day Window

After your 30-day post-conversion window closes, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for past months. You can cancel anytime — the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your voice agent and dashboard remain available until then.

Annual plans— if you prepaid for an annual term and you're still inside the first 30 days from conversion, your full annual prepayment is refundable under this guarantee. After day 30 of an annual term, the prepayment is non-refundable for the unused months remaining in the term.

5. Limitations

The guarantee covers Apex's Service as configured. If you significantly change your business's services, hours, or pricing after launch in ways that aren't reflected in your Apex configuration, the guarantee may not apply. We'll update your configuration on request — that's included.

The guarantee doesn't cover circumstances outside our control: extended outages by upstream providers (Stripe, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Render, Supabase), DNS issues at your registrar, content takedowns required by law, or your failure to honor appointments your AI Voice Agent or booking link booked.
