I’m Shane Abbenante. I’ve fixed garage doors for a living for 5+ years, and I still work in the field.

Is there a contract, and what does it cost after the 14-day trial?+
There’s no contract and no setup fee. During the trial there’s no card on file, and you get 500 minutes. If you add a card, you move to $199/month with 1,000 minutes included after day 14. If you don’t, the trial ends and you’re never charged. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. You keep the number that’s on your truck, your cards and your Google listing. You just forward calls to Sarah, either all of them or only the ones you miss. If you cancel, you dial the cancel code and your calls ring straight to you again.
What if she books something wrong?+
She only books inside the hours and service area you set, and she won’t guess at what’s broken or quote a repair price. You get a text and an email the moment anything is booked, and every call is recorded and transcribed. If something looks off, check the recording in seconds, then move or cancel the booking in the app, or call the customer yourself.
Will it sound like a robot?+
Sarah is AI, and some callers will be able to tell. I’m not going to pretend otherwise. She’s friendly, she talks normally, and she gets the job booked. What you should really compare her to is your voicemail, and a caller sitting in your voicemail doesn’t turn into a booked job. Call (321) 384-6539 and hear exactly what your customers would hear.
What if the caller wants a real person, or it’s an emergency?+
Sarah doesn’t transfer calls or put anyone on hold. If someone asks for a person, or she can’t handle the call, she tells them the owner will call right back. Then she takes their name, number and what they need, and texts and emails it to you right away. It’s a callback you can make from your phone, not a voicemail you forget to check. Emergency calls are handled the same way as any other call. There’s no separate urgent alert, so treat every text as worth a look.
What does she tell people about price?+
She won’t quote repair prices over the phone, because your tech gives the real price on-site. If you charge a service-call fee, she tells the caller before she books, so nobody’s surprised.
